We have a 2005, 32 foot 5th wheel, sleeps 10 and is all set up on lot 33.
Price is negociable.

Deposit on the lot is paid so I assume who ever buys it will get the lot too.

Includes lawn furniture and a 10 X 12 wood shed.
Also a new picnic table and a fridge inside the shed. Has a good size patio.
